OUR APPROACH

As part of our service to you, we will review last year's tax return, whether it was done by another firm or self-prepared. Should we find that you were entitled to a larger refund, we will prepare an amended return at no cost to you, provided we prepare the current year’s tax return for you. A final note: The Pension Protection Act of 2006 and the Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005 made significant changes to our tax laws. California tax law has in many cases NOT adopted the changes enacted by the IRS, so understanding what deductions and credits you are entitled to continue to be more difficult every year.

WE MAKE HOUSE CALLS

Should it be necessary, we will come to your house or business to complete your tax return(s).  During late 2005, however, we have secured office space in the offices of Lawrence Accountancy Corporation at 1602 The Alameda, San Jose, California.  These offices provide a centrally located office for us to meet.
